in-kind sponsorship - Businesses/organisations
We thank you for investing in the future of Armidale - to improve the beauty and health of our creeklands!
For those businesses/organisations who may prefer to offer sponsorship as an in-kind contribution, we envisage such offers will be approximately of equivalent value to the three cash levels of sponsorship (Gold $5000, Silver $2500 and Bronze $1000) detailed in the Sponsor Proposal. In-kind offers of sponsorship will be either accepted or declined, as explained in the Terms of the Appeal.
When filling out the details of your business’s/organisation’s proposed in-kind offer, please provide evidence of the approximate value of the physical item(s) or service(s) that you are offering in support of our association. Some items may be suitable as prizes for the proposed school competition. Alternatively, you may offer services to assist us in develop visual concept plans our Visions.
Following receipt of in-kind sponsorship offers, they will be assessed by the committee and sponsors will then be notified of the outcome of those offers by email.

When you are ready:
Please complete the Form below which will provide us with your details and your selected level of in-kind sponsorship. These details will include your business’s/organisation’s address and contact details such as email and phone.
Once you have submitted the Form, we will email you - at your preferred email address - to confirm acceptance of your offer and to seek further details appropriate to your level of sponsorship (e.g. names of those nominated for membership, details of providing logos, etc.).
